perfectly central for exploring caernarfon's best sights and flavors
I loved that we could easily stroll to iconic Caernarfon Castle, just a couple of minutes away, and the lively area surrounding the hotel offered fantastic dining options, like the nearby Stones Bistro, where we enjoyed delicious meals every day.

We really loved the spacious twin room with a kitchenette, perfect for our big family. The location in Caernarfon was great, being close to lovely family activities like the castle. Plus, the staff at the Black Boy Inn were friendly and made our meals enjoyable.
In my wife's opinion, it would be great if there were more soundproofing considering the street noise from the pub nearby.

Comfortable Stay with Great Dining Options
I had a fantastic experience here, with a spacious room that felt homely and a lovely atmosphere. The breakfast at the nearby pub featured amazing local dishes, including the catch of the day and freshly baked pastries. The staff were warm and accommodating, making my stay memorable. the limited parking situation could be a downside for those traveling with luggage.

good stay but could improve
The mini kitchen in our room offered great convenience, even though we didn't use it for meals. The front desk staff were consistently friendly and helpful during our stay.
The room cleanliness did not meet my expectations.

The room layout impressed with spaciousness and quality furnishings, creating a level of comfort that's hard to beat. The bathroom stood out with a luxurious, spacious walk-in shower and a stand-alone bath, perfect for unwinding after a long day of exploring.
Parking's a hassle. it requires a short uphill walk from a public car park, which isn’t ideal after a long drive. The noise from the pub across the street can be disruptive, especially on weekend nights, so light sleepers might struggle. Lastly, the check-in process involved moving to another building, which felt a bit inconvenient with luggage in tow.

Luxurious and Spacious Stay
Had a lovely time staying in a spacious room with modern amenities, nestled within the historic castle walls. The large, comfortable bed and well-designed bathroom were highlights, making it a relaxing experience. The breakfast at the nearby Black Boy Inn was a real treat, offering diverse and delicious options. the parking situation was tricky and could be improved with better communication prior to arrival.

Great central location makes it easy to stroll around and explore the town. Impressive secure entry system with multiple keycard checkpoints adds peace of mind. Rooms come equipped with a well-furnished kitchenette, a big plus wanting to save on meals.
Each morning brought interruptions from road cleaning, bin collection, and late-night pub noise, making restful sleep a gamble. The bathroom layout left much to be desired, with the towel rail awkwardly placed and no clear spot for toiletries after a shower. Parking can be tricky with only three spaces out front, and if they’re full, it's a hassle to unload. A bit more clarity on the check-in process at The Black Boy would also enhance the experience.
